Query account balance

I have been sent sms's that I owe R799. Last year in August I was contacted because I owe R1500 while we were in lock down which I could not pay cause I had no income.glocell took double payments at the end off August and I gave my permission for the next 3 months after that glocell could deduct double payments until the amount has been payed in full.Double payment has been taken from August last year until this year in April.The deptdepartment contacted me and I was asked 2 send bankstatements which I did so twice but still I am being phoned about this amount of 799..Every Month money has been taken from my account so could some one pls explain this to me and I would like some one from glocell to contact me because the constact num I have on my delivery statement does not exist.I am not happy with the service and how I have been treated as a paying customer.

Payment problem

It's showing a mount of R1400 which m not sure how is possible of that since glocell is the one taking money from my bank as debit i should be not owing a cent since i never change my account number and worse part of all when ever m calling it a different story and too many numbers' which i need to call but m not getting a y help terrible service ever i regret taking thins contract

Contract termination

PATHETIC SERVICE

In December 2016 I have water damage to my Samsung phone. I visited my branch in Faerie Glen and was told that my insurance of R159 per month would cover it by either fixing the phone or replacing the phone.

I was contacted a day later to say that the insurance does not cover this and that I had to pay R800 for repairs??? What was the insurance for that I've been paying for 4yrs +. I cancelled the insurance in the store. To date the insurance is still going off.

I had a querry for 2 very high accounts, but to no avail. I phoned 0841234, got a recording to say that I must call 084140. When doing so they don't have my acc no or cell no on their system. E-mails to customercare and business@***l also nothing happens.

They don't even reply or acknowledge receipt of my mails. My last resort is to take legal action and claim back 2 yrs insurance etc.

Fraudsters I dont even have a Glocell account

I HAVE PUT THROUGH A COMPLAINT IN 2006 WHEN I WAS BEING DEBITED FOR A CONTRACT I HAVE NEVER SIGNED UP FOR I HAVE BEEN IN CONSTANT BATTLE WITH THE SERVICE PROVIDER AND ALL REQUIRED DETAILS WERE FORWARDED TO THEM (AFIDAVIT etc) I HAVE SPENT R1000's IN AIRTIME TRYING TO RESOLVE THIS MATTER AND DEBITS WERE GOING OFF MY ACCOUNT. ON THE 04/09/2017 I RECEIVED A LETTER FROM PAVISHE NAIDO AND A FRAUDULENT LETTER SENT THROUGH. LATE LAST YEAR I WANTED TO TAKE OUT A HOME LOAN AND THE BANKS PICKED UP A GLOCELL ACCOUNT THAT IS PREVENTING ME FROM RECEIVING CREDIT I CONTACTED TRANSUNION AND HAD TO DO A DISPUTE WHICH TOOK TWENTY DAYS AND WAS REMOVED 3 MONTHS LATER I TRIED AGAIN AND THEY AGAIN PICKED UP GLOCELL ACCOUNT , THIS WAS WITH ANOTHER CREDIT BUREAU EXPERIAN I HAVE HAD TO DO THE SAME WITH THEM AS WELL. I STILL HAVE A BAD CREDIT SCORE BECAUSE OF GLOCELL HENCE THERE ARE OTHER CREDIT RATING COMPANYS WHICH HAS BEEN NOTIFIED. PATHETIC GLOCELL EXPERIENCES

It is almost impossible to get a consultant to speak to when I contact you. Cell C stores are unable to assist because I have a contract with you. To get a simple extra gig of data I HAVE TO TRAVEL ALL THE WAY TO WESTWOOD MALL by car !!!! Also I have complied with all formalities regarding the sea cruise and up to today I have not been given the same I went twice to GloCell - Westwood Mall to enquire. I was told that I will be refunded R8 000 because GloCell was let down by your partner booking agency Despite correspondence on this I am still waiting Is there anything complimentary I can say based on the above adverse experiences ?????

Disappointment of lack of service or responsibility

Took a contract out with GLOCELL, due to Altech closing. Instead of going to Cell C directly we decided on the spur of moment to use GLOCELL, and they had a great deal on as always you look for a great deal. Bad move never again. Our first impression was amazing the manager who assisted was thoughtful, professional and truly helpful in all that he assisted us with. Then the wheels fell off, our DATA just dissipated our airtime just went through the roof. I added R7.50 for Whats app added additional Data Bundle and still service is pathetic. Not to mention how we have battled to get the cruise booked and now find out that GLOCELL apparently have not paid MSC cruises the money for Cruise. I really am so disappointed in GLOCELL and will truly once contract expires never ever use them again. I have lost R8000 on the cruise , as I see it I have paid for it. They stated we can claim the money back from GLOCELL? WT....!!!! I took contract for cruise not for cash back option? GATVOL to say the least. Never reply to emails or respond always dial the cell number 184**** for assistance and when you call they ask for account holder. I pay the account. I even sent an email to the MD of Cell C, who over sees GLOCELL, no response.... SAD

GloCell - Bundle Review

We were moved to glocell from autopage. We had 2 cell contracts then signed up for a WiFi router of 20g at R499pm.

We kept asking the consultant that once we have reached our 20g would the data switch off til the next month... She reassured us constantly that our contract would be 499 and no more. The first account we got was Like R10000 when we went back she shot there. They said they would escalate the query...

Nothing heard. The next month another account of 12000, they decided to cut our cellphones which I had been paying because of their stuff up on our account. I now received an account For R63000 we have not used their services in over a year. The consultants are useless...

Call center when worse. I will not pay this amount because of their negligence and incompetency. I have tried on numerous occasions to sort this.

Where do they Think R63000 must come from. They charge R10 perMb like seriously.

I was also with autopage in 2016, i still have my records to show my email to terminate with glocell who i never signed a contract with butbwith autopage who should have given me an option of a service provider to migrate to, now in 2020 im being harassed for what they say is money i owe when i went to their offices in durban north way back in 2016 to show proof that they had double debited me and i subsequently reversed the one month, 4 years later i have these leaches trting to extort me and worse thdyve handed me over, ive asked a consultant to call me back to discuss and she hasnt, what do you do to get integrity and good service in this country

UNABLE TO CLAIM MSC CRUISE

I have taken a contract with glocell purely for the MSC Cruise that they advertised. I received the voucher but have been trying since November 2016 to book and unable to get through and no one responds to the emails sent. I also tried getting the CEO's email but all I came up with was ceo@***.co.za which clearly is not a manned email box. The call centre number always says it is busy due to high call volumes. I got through to someone in December who referred me back to glocell and gave me a number which only rings. I think it was false advertising and want to lodge a formal complaint against them.
